El Encanto truly impressed me with its rustic beauty and photo ops throughout the hotel. I loved our corner room featuring a balcony overlooking the stunning cathedral. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views, especially at night when the cathedral was beautifully lit. However, the bathroom in our room had noticeable water marks on the ceilings and walls, which detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, the steak served at the wedding reception was tough and dry, far from what we expected. Thankfully, the rest of the food and cocktails were delicious. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore many nearby restaurants and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

The picturesque hotel near the historic center offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere! Plus, the stunning rooftop bar provides an incredible view of the cathedral.
There were issues with amenities. hot water was unreliable. Additionally, electronic door locks posed challenges during our stay.

Great stay with friends! We loved exploring the local markets and hitting up the nearby outlet shopping. The hotel staff was super helpful. The two double bed setup was perfect for our group, and the vibe was just right for a fun weekend getaway.
However, we did have some trouble with the electronic door locks during our stay. It caused us a few delays getting into our room.
